According to John Connolly's inquiries during his book project, Donald Trump allegedly claimed that a quote attributed to Trump about Jeffrey Epstein in an original New York Magazine story was manufactured, and that Landon Thomas Jr. did not actually speak to Trump. Thomas Jr. characterizes this claim as false.
