Alexander Acosta and A. Marie Villafaña intentionally withheld information about the Epstein plea agreement from his victims in violation of the Crime Victims' Rights Act. Federal Judge Kenneth A. Marra ruled that while the government spent untold hours negotiating with Epstein's attorneys, scant information was shared with victims.
